Your first step starts here.
GRITFIT is built for people who want more from themselves. More strength. More confidence. More capability.
Book Your Intro Session
Every first-time member begins with a complimentary assessment. This gives our coaching team the opportunity to understand your goals, training history, movement patterns, and experience level so we can guide you toward the right starting point.
No pressure. No expectations. Just a clear starting line.
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session. This gives you time to:
- —Check in at the front desk
- —Meet your coach
- —Get familiar with the space
- —Store your belongings
- —Prepare for the assessment/session ahead
What To Expect
- —A complimentary first assessment
- —A coach who understands your goals
- —A space built for every experience level
- —No judgment — just a starting point
Your First RUSH Class
New to group training? Start with a complimentary assessment so we can understand your goals, experience, and help you choose the right class. Arrive 10–15 minutes early, meet your coach, and get familiar with the space before the session begins.
Train at your level. Learn the movements. Focus on effort. Progress comes later.
Your First Strength Club Visit
The Strength Club is not an open gym. Every member begins with an assessment before enrolment. From there, you'll follow structured programming through workout cards, with coaches available on the floor to guide, support, and help you progress.
Whether you're new to resistance training or have years of experience, you'll always know what to do when you walk in. Train with intent. Respect the space. Return equipment when you're done.
Simple standards. Better training.
Your First Recovery Session
Recovery is training. For sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy sessions, arrive 10 minutes early and bring:
- —Appropriate swimwear or athletic attire
- —A towel
- —Water bottle
- —Dry clothes for after your session
Your First Rest Day
Rest is part of the program, not a break from it. Use it to recover, refuel, and prepare for your next session — your progress depends on it as much as your training does.
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Training attire
- Athletic shoes are recommended for most sessions, but barefoot training is welcome for appropriate strength exercises and lifting movements.
- A willingness to work — we've got the rest.
Help us maintain the standards that make GRITFIT different.
- Respect coaches, members, and staff
- Return equipment after use
- Wipe down equipment when finished
- Keep phone use to a minimum during training
- Be present
- Train hard
- Support the community around you
- Simple standards. High expectations.
